Among arts organizations, Snow City Arts is uniquely affected by the COVID-19 crisis because of the nature of our work in a hospital setting. Steppenwolf and Lagunitas Events Postponed To practice social distancing and ensure the safety of our larger community, SCA and its community partners have come to the difficult decision of postponing our two upcoming public events: our student showcase at Steppenwolf 1700 on April 3 and 4, and our Auxiliary Board Fundraiser at Lagunitas Brewery on April 7. Snow City Arts’ Response to COVID-19
The COVID-19 outbreak is affecting our work and personal communities. Snow City Arts (SCA), always concerned for the health and wellbeing of children and youth who are medically vulnerable, is acutely aware of COVID-19’s impact and the further isolation it brings to our students as our hospital partners respond. Arts in Health Research Intensive
I had the amazing opportunity to join the 3rd annual Arts in Health Research Intensive, presented by University of Florida's (UF) Center for Arts in Medicine and the UK Arts Health Early Career Research Network (ECRN), from January 27 to 31, 2020.
