AGES 5-20

Tia has worked with almost every Snow City Arts teaching artist throughout her time as a pediatric patient. She is an “old soul” committed to serving her community and a gifted two dimensional visual artist. Although she loved painting and exceled at that medium, she was up for anything at any moment, whether it be dancing in a Michael Jackson video or singing along to Journey. She worked closely with our visual teaching artist, Allie Spicer, to advance her painting techniques and would schedule her treatments to coincide with Allie’s work schedule. “Because of my Snow City Arts experience, I have learned that I am an artist. I love to paint.”

Tia has graduated college with a BA in Communications and Nonprofit Leadership Studies. She is an events coordinator and motivational speaker helping others overcome challenges.
