Artwork Consent & Release Forms
Giving consent to share artwork with Snow City Arts allows us to consider your child’s or your artwork for a future exhibition, submit it with a school report (if a school release is also signed), include it in our marketing materials, and/or share it at an upcoming event. Note: Sharing artwork is not a requirement to attend Snow City Arts workshops or events.
If you’d like to share your child’s or your artwork with us, follow these two steps:
Step 1: Sign an Artwork Release Form. You can see more about what these forms look like and what they are used for by clicking here.
Step 2: Share your artwork with us! Choose the way that works best for you:
A) Fill out this Artwork Sharing form and attach your artwork. (NOTE: This requires a Google account.)
B) Email an image of your artwork to programs@snowcityarts.org.
C) Text an image of your artwork to 312-488-9389.
